One of the main issues with our health these days is obesity, a real problem concerning millions in the US and all over the world. Those with obesity problems are more susceptible to diseases of joints, blood circulation, heart disease and diabetes.

The solution lies in being able to eliminate the excess weight: it can be done through exercise or through a diet which, unfortunately, can not completely solve the most serious cases.

People who are overweight may use regular dieting, possibly after consulting with a nutritionist and not doing this on their own, resulting in a specific diet specific for everyone’s needs.

Beyond the dietary factor, to feel fit and well with his body we must exercising. Sports, even in its simplest forms such as walking, running and jogging and not necessarily with heavier exercises, is capable of making us lose weight in a very effective way due to water loss through sweating.

It takes just a few kilometres of the race to consume the right amount of calories, usually 0.9 kg of body weight per km. However the sport is certainly not everything, but to those who practice it usually gives a big hand for the proper functioning of the body.
